If not paid otherwise before the deadlines, the registration fee and the accommodation will be paid from your travel grant. The balance will be calculated and the rest of the payments will be required by bank transfer (if negative) or the rest of your grant will be paid in cash at the registration (if positive).

Payments

All payments must be made either by bank transfer to the ArAS HSBC bank (Euro) account or by credit card by the given payment form. All bank remittances will be charged to the payer. To avoid multiple bank charges, please make your payments altogether before June 1, 2007. When paying by credit card, please use the payment web interface form, which will be available after March 1, 2007.

Registration Fee Early registration (before June 1, 2007) is 200E for EAS members and 240E for non-EAS members, late registration - 240E and 280E, respectively.
Total for Accompanying persons Early registration (before June 1, 2007) is 120E for one person, late registration - 140E for one person.

Registration fees: full refund before June 1; 20% charge before July 20; 50% charge before August 10; no refund after August 10.
Accommodation: full refund before June 1; 1 night charge before July 20; 50% charge before August 10; no refund after August 10.
 Social Events: full refund before June 1; 20% charge before August 10; no refund after August 10.
