Byurakan Summer Schools

We have organized all recent summer schools held in Byurakan (since 1995). We have now established a series of Byurakan International Summer Schools. They have been extremely successful both for Armenian and for dozens of foreign students. Altogether, 3 international and 3 local schools have been organized. One more international will be held in 2012. Due to our collaborations, we succeeded to invite a number of outstanding scientists as lecturers, such as Daniel Weedman (USA), Daniel Kunth (France), Robert Williams (USA), Dieter Engels (Germany), Massimo Turatto (Italy), Lutz Wisotzki (Germany), Lev Titarchuk (USA), Michel Dennefeld (France), and others. We (A.M. Mickaelian and L.A. Sargsyan) have also given a number of lectures at these schools.
