Problems of evolutions have been always and remain at present one of the central problems of astrophysics; moreover, all the cosmogonic and cosmological results and conclusions are based on our ideas connected with evolutionary paths of cosmic objects belonging to all hierarchical levels. Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory was always known thanks to its results obtained in the field of investigations of non-stationary objects or active phenomena, which proved to be the most crucial stages of objects evolution. Nearly all the joint researches established between French and Armenian astrophysicist are connected to these subjects directly or indirectly. Besides, this project is notable for some new approaches. The Armenian Virtual Observatory (AVO) and Armenian Computing Cluster (ArmCluster) are suggested from Armenian side for the participants in addition to the 2.6m telescope.
